Meet Mia
I'm a creator, entrepreneur, and product designer. I started tabú on a mission to help people find the personal care resources they were seeking. As a young adult and teenager, I was desperate to get my intimate questions answered and feel less alone. I questioned if I was “normal” and didn’t have anyone to turn to for the more “taboo” topics I was struggling with. I built tabú as a guide for my younger self and everyone out there searching for answers and support. Tabu Wellness is an extension of that mission.
We're here to provide the behind-the-scenes magic 🪄 for providers to level up as entrepreneurs and deliver their expertise at scale while building a sustainable business. On the flip side, I’m so excited to point people in the direction of care that suits their needs—whatever form that takes. If you're passionate about this space, please reach out. A Mid-Western boy at heart, I know what it’s like to grow up in a culture of shame and mis-information. I am super passionate about connecting people with the mental health support they deserve and ensuring that support is affirming and shame-free. Tabu Wellness is my way of paying it forward and building a safe space for people to take care of their overall wellbeing.
Tabu Wellness makes it easy for providers to diversify their income and expand their reach while giving consumers access to more options for their personal wellness needs.

Tabu started with the mission of helping sexuality & mental health professionals earn more money without sacrificing their own mental health.
